5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before making a withdrawal (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus).

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.

• Attempting to use bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Cricket & Sports Betting

• Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant event.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 9d99 reserves the right to void any bet where an incorrect quotation was given due to a technical error.

6.2 Casino Games

• All games are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• 9d99 reserves the right to void any abnormal result caused by a software error.
• If your internet connection is lost during a game, the game result will be saved on the server.

6.3 VIP Program

Active members can participate in our five-tier VIP program. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Moving to a higher VIP tier requires consistent activity and regular participation on the platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9d99 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
